It will be interesting to see what adjustments the Red Sox make tonight, if any. Boston counters with their ace Jon Lester who was tagged with a hard-luck 1-0 loss last time around, which happens when the guy your team is facing is the regular season leader in ERA. Luckily for them, they are giving the ball to former Sox farmhand Anibal Sanchez, who completely shut down Boston's best offense in the majors way back in game one. They pretty much need to win at Comerica Park to avoid having to win back-to-back road games. Well, everyone who wanted to see more scoring in the American League Championship Series got their wish on Wednesday as the Detroit Tigers throttled the Boston Red Sox 7-3 to tie the series at two games apiece.
